Kicking up about workplace problems is good for you, new research from Sussex University has revealed. Psychologist Dr John Drury found that people participating in collective action experienced a deep sense of happiness and even euphoria.
He said: "People should get more involved in campaigns, struggles and social movements - not only in the wider interest of social change, but also for their own personal good!'
